I’m rly wondering this, because I exercise every day but it still seems that my VO2 max is going down everyday.. Like 28.11 it was 29.4 and now 3 days later it shows 29. I fast walk everyday, my heartrate goes to the max when doing that and it’s rly good exercise but still it seems that my fitness doesn’t improve.

Do you find it how accurate i’m curious?
