Can you set up so you get notifications only on your watch for certain apps and evything else going to your phone? (alien.top)

As the title, says Can i set up certain individual apps to notify me on on my watch and every other notification can go to the phone?

Apple weirdly only lets you (kinda) fine tune notifications for apps with a Watch App counterpart.

I’d love it if I could prevent most apps from sending things to my watch’s Notification Center, but you can’t.
