iPhone 12 Pro Max suddenly unable to receive notifications and use universal clipboard (alien.top)

Just experiencing this today. All my notifications are suddenly unable to go through and i am unable to use the universal clipboard between my iPad and iPhone. I am currently running the latest 17.1.1 iOS software on my iPhone and iPad.
