A culinary question. If a chunk of honeycomb (the bee one, not the lolly one) is served on a cheese platter, how is it meant to be eaten? Do you put it on a cracker with the cheese? What about the wax, eat or spit? Or is it for decoration only and donโt touch it?
Some stinky and sharp cheese pair really well with honey.
The wax is edible, should you choose to ingest it.
To me, of it's on a plate or platter, it's fair game.
Fully agree with all of this. Particularly nice on a slice of apple with some stinky cheese mooshed up on it.

Every Friday Nights we finish with Semisonic - Closing time. Whenever friends and family hear this on the radio they think of us. Whenever I hear it on the radio I think it's weird.
