Siri sent strange message did anyone else get one? (alien.top)

I am sitting at home wearing the Apple Watch and I'm using the iPad on Reddit to answer a post with my voice. All of a sudden without me saying the word “Siri” or the word “Hey” Siri turns on and sends me a message. I did not able to fully read it. It had a simple comman text and a number of line of zeroes and one. Date 11/29/2023 Time about 5:15 PM EST. I don’t know what it means. I am looking it up, but not finding anything. Did anyone get one?

So I figured out it wasn’t a message. Siri just said something to me arbitrarily and I don’t have a record of it however because since it wasn’t a message, why would Siri do that?
