I wore my watch to sleep last night after setting my bed time and wake up time in the watch app on my phone, woke up eager to check the stats but didn’t see any info in the sleep part of my health app (on my iPhone)

Can someone please explain this to me like I’m five years old? What do I need to do to get the sleep info to work?

When you go to bed press the side button to open the control center.

Press the crescent shaped icon and then sleep.

When you wake up press and hold the crown wheel until the watch "wakes up" and then the side button. Then press on the crescent to turn off sleep mode.

You will then get the results sent to the phone's health app.

Hope this helps you.
