How to tell if someone is snooping in your phone? (alien.top)

Last night I misplaced my phone. I got my girlfriend to phone it and it started ringing in her sons room. He said he took it by accident. I looked at my Home Screen and it didn’t show the missed call which made me suspicious. Is there a way to check if he was snooping or check login times on my phone if I have a passcode? Thanks in advance.
