Hi, I have a problem with my account. I'm from Uruguay and all my cards are from Uruguay, I used them always with no problem, made a trip to Peru and purchased a subscription for an app while in Peru.

Now this subscription has been pending for 4 days, my account tells me to update my payment methods but all cards I put are rejected, debit or credit, ones I used before and even new ones I try. all say my payment method has been rejected.

Now I dont find how to ask for a refund for this purchase (since its pending it doesnt let me ask for refund) and dont find where to email apple support, there is no official store in my country so cant go there either.

Any help is appriciated.
