Why are only my iPhones having problem with home wifi connection (alien.top)

I have fiber internet at my home and all of my devices can connect with no problem (Roku, Dell laptops, Samsung phones) EXCEPT for 3 iPhones. They all show as connected to the wifi but "connected without internet." Whattttt gives and how do I fix this? I have tried all the tips and tricks found using a Google search, such as restart phone, turn wifi off then back on, reboot router, etc. The 3 iPhones are all different models, newest being an iPhone 13, but have the same identical problem.

Those are the recommended settings for WiFi networks for Apple devices, check if your network matches those
