I cleared my mac’s cache and all of a sudden my MacBook is slow what do I? (alien.top)

Every application I open it’s SUPER slow. I don’t go on suspicious websites only YouTube, Amazon and Netflix. My mom also has loads of photos on the MacBook but it never ran this slow since I cleared the cache so, what’s up?
