From what I've heard, it's de facto required for rank and file members to use this app and do the daily quizzes. If you do poorly or don't take the quiz, a higher ranking member will come talk to/reprimand you.

I'm going to have a guess here but there is a 99% chance there is some similar vaporware mobile shit out there made to teach American History and Values^tm^ for 6yo kids with 4.9 rating and 10 million downloads and nobody gives a shit.

Probably! My aunt and uncle are members of the CPC and use it every day. I just thought it was cool that this type of technology is being used to educate and teach the party line to members of the CPC - though I guess it should be obvious that such an app exists given we live in a modern world.
