Why is siri randomly popping up in the middle of the bottom of my screen when I don't have it enabled on my phone? (alien.top)

What do I do to stop siri from popping up? It's like it's just popping up to listen.. while I'm not even talking. Siri interrupts me while I'm texting or on a voice call, it's getting in my way more frequently. It's so creepy.. because I never activated Siri ever since I got my iphone 3 years ago. How can I make it stop or remove Siri completely?
