The order status says Pending. Is that normal?

Sometimes it depends on what options you picked. If they happen to be out of stock on one of the items on your order like a RAM or SSD they will skip past you until they get whatever happens to be backordered.

Shoot them an email, I was batch 5 and I got mine 2-ish weeks ago and just got the replacement for damaged parts. Might be an inventory thing but idk.

I'm in batch 5 of 16s, but I assume none of those are going out yet...
