How to transfer WhatsApp chat Android to iPhone 15 without 'move to iOS' app?

If not possible, is there any way to link Google drive to icloud so that I can transfer whatsapp backup from Google drive to icloud.

If not possible to link direct than suggest any storage that can be used.
