Yeah, like Russia cares. "War crimes" are for the weaker side to not lose global support. All wars involve war crimes on huge scale.

The way I see it: it is either mostly ineffective (against infrastructure) or a war crime if used again against people (civilians or combatants).

If vlad puta is cool with doing this to Ukraine, then certainly he's fine with this happening all over Moscow, right? I mean it's all fair at this point, since puta has established the rules here.
