Texans are wearing battle red because they are about to be battling for a wildcard spot

Jags had 2 turnovers, 2 missed FG's and lost by 20 in the first matchup. If they can clean that up, should be a much closer game this time around.
Rumor is that no matter the outcome of the game Stroud and Lawrence are switching hairstyles for the rest of the season
I'm in Cali. Instead of giving me this game, CBS is giving me Pitt/Cincy. 🤦🏻♂️
Really excited for this game. I love what the Jags are doing and I’m excited to see Stroud in action for the first time.
how has Matt Ryan been in the booth so far?
Excited but also nervous about this game. Let’s go CJesus!
Crazy that this division has three tanks. Bigsby, Dell, and the Titans
At least we can trust Bigsby and Dell not to fuck it up
This will be the game where the Texans and CJ Stroud will take over as the kings of the AFCS and never look back.
Is Ezra Cleveland starting or are we suffering more of Walker Little?
Definitely the most interesting game of the early window
Only second meeting where we are both above .500 is crazy
I'll be happy if we just don't let a fullback return a kickoff for a touchdown again
Dude was getting held egregiously in front of the ref
I hope Jags fans have their tissues ready, lol
Which Jags show up, week three Jags or last week Jags… only time will tell.
The only good game on. Now make it good!
The way Texans fans feel when their team wears the red is how we feel when the Jags remember they have that sweet, sweet teal.
I’m just curious; what do y’all feel about these all red Texas uniforms??
what leads to such poor tackling across the league? Do teams not practice this?
Texans and Jags fans are so cordial with each other damn. Why can’t most game threads be this competitive yet chill??
Knee for Cam robinson is not a good sign. Hope it isnt too serious
Ayo, pierce back. And with how Singletary has been that'll be a good combo
I know I'm speaking too early, but our coverage is looking decent
Did the Jags hire Matt Canada?
Lawrence most overrated player in the league and it’s not close
There is no way Jacksonville is the last place offense of 3rd and long conversions. The NY Jets exist
Man spotting it where the slide begins really only applies when the refs feel like it.
Duuuuude that is such a tough penalty to give up. I don’t like that rule tbh.
OSU not beating Michigan w/ Stroud and seeing him in the NFL is wild
This game better chill with the injuries
Thank god the refs were there to call that illegal shift, or my enjoyment of this game would have been ruined.
Why was the Jags player crying on the bench?
Runs from shotgun on 3rd/4th and short will never make sense to me.
Listen, I agree that the broadcast needs to show the penalty, but can we wait till we see evidence it was a bad call before claiming the call was bullshit?
Is this the first time both these teams met with winning records?
Spurrier..... You think visors are cool?
So what’s everyone drinking/snacking on, I’m eating some left over wings from yesterday and drinking a Goose Island IPA
NRG Stadium is really beautiful.
Why are the jags getting chief calls???
We aren't shown the DPI but everyone is convinced it was a bad call 🥱 😴
Lucky for the Jaguars, 3 teams are on rebuilding, but with these quarterbacks, the AFC South is going to be bad blood in the future.
So far Stroud has shown so much more. He's so nimble and slippery at 6'3, and accurate on the run, besides that overthrow in the 1st quarter.
You can say the refs suck, and they often do. And the law of averages means that they often suck in ways that favor this-or-that team. But the whole "rigged" discourse is so laughably stupid.
The terrible call is one thing, the announcers treating me like I'm Ray Charles and saying that it's the right call is a whole new level of shit.
no guys please trust me that was dpi don’t ask for replays please just believe me even the guys in the booth said it was a good call dpi haha
