Find my phone isn't working in India (alien.top)

Before my daughter left on a trip to India, we set up our phones in Find my Phone and I was able to track her flight yesterday. Now that she's landed, it says that she's still in the S.F. Bay Area. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance.

It works, she just doesn't want you tracking her all the time so turned it off
