67 quarterbacks started a game in 1990.

65 quarterbacks started a game in 1980.

Nothing has changed.

NFL made all of these rules to protect the QB, and QB’s are getting hurt more than ever.

Farve, The Mannings, Brady, McNabb, even Drew Bledsoe and Trent Green didn’t suffer from injuries like this era of ultra protected modern QB’s.
