I do not own an AW nor an iPhone, but I am ready to switch as soon as the non invasive glucose measurements feature is released.

When do you think this will happen? 5 years maybe?

Five years sounds reasonable at the current pace of development. Accuracy will be something they’ll need to test and present to the FDA for a legitimate claim. That alone may add another year before implementation.

The issue with glucose measurements is in the United States it would have to go through the fda. So we would probably know when apple submits the patent.

It does exist but not solely through the phone. If you get a device like the Freestyle Libre (I think there are others) you can get noninvasive readings on the phone. We used it on our dog that had diabetes.
