If I get a period notification does that mean I’m for sure not pregnant? (alien.top)

I have been ttc for several years. I have also been wearing my Apple Watch that tracks cycles for a couple years. It’s generally pretty accurate. I was just wondering, if my watch tells me, “period expected to start within 5 days”, does that mean I’m for sure not pregnant? I kind of feel down every month when I get that notification.

No, it just means you’re expecting your period in 5 days. It doesnt mean you are or aren’t pregnant. I track my cycles (I have a tubal ligation, so I do have to be aware, bc it will most likely be an ectopic pregnancy)
