Apple

Ok so I tried to turn on my apple watch and it did not show a thing so I tried force restart. Still nothing happened, I thought it was dead so I put it on charge and after like a minute or so force restarted and it just showed the Apple logo for a second and then turned off and now its doing that repeatedly without me even touching it (only when on charge). I have not tried using another charger because I dont have another one. I also tried changing adapters but the problem still persists. It's an s1. If anyone knows what the fix to this is, please inform me. Thank you.
