Does Apple always give out the $150 gift card if purchased through the Education Store option? Wondering if I should purchase a MBA through Apple or B&H - the initial cost from Apple would be higher unless the $150 gift card is factored in. Thank you!

No. That only runs during the education sale which wont be back till next summer (if they choose to do that one again). What is guaranteed is that lowered price though (so long as you are a student/teacher of course).

Thank you for the clarification. Ran the numbers and their black friday deals came out under the education discount.

It has been my experience that Amazon prices for Mac is always cheaper than Apple. You will save at least a couple hundred.

Very true! Amazon has a great deal on the 15" MBA M2 atm.
