Getting ready to send my oldest off to college next year. Which current model is closest to their current Macbook setup in regards to price/performance? This model is serving them well, but the battery needs to be replaced very soon and I want to trade it in for a newer model.

You have two options: – 2020 M1 MacBook Air;

– 2022 (2023 revision) 13" M2 MacBook Air with at least 512GB of storage.
