Russia and Belarus will not receive formal invitations to participate in the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, the International Olympic Committee said Thursday.

Regardless of the war crimes they're committing in Ukraine, Russia can just not ever stop cheating at the Olympics. They've even ben caught cheating at the Parolympics.

I wouldn't be shocked to find them cheating at the Special Olympics too.
