They’re trying to offload more of the green one as they have more of it than starlight I guess. I’d definitely go for the green as it’s nicer IMO and in this case cheaper too.

If it's based on less demand that tells you the prices are not based on cost of material, but how much the user base is willing to pay.

Probably because Green band looks not good. Green is always the least expensive color for lots of things. No luxury brand uses Green.

I have the green Alpine Loop that came with my Ultra. Looks fantastic. Millions of other people agree with me. Most secure Ultra band. Ultra comfy.

I have a green iPhone too. And a green iMac. Apple clearly disagrees with you.
