It sucks you're downvoted because like, it's true, compared to other places, our dairy fucking blows.
I've been visiting the UK and it's unreal how much better all their dairy products are, compared to what I can get at home.
Visit the US and try anything dairy, it’s awful
But it’s also cheaper so it’s easier to gain control of the market
Having said that something about dairy has changed in the last 3 years as many people I know have stomach issues with it (various ages, not gradual)
Why would it be any better with a US company preparing it, if the butterfat content is still 80% (unlike in Europe where it's 82-90% and so less watered down)? I read something once where a Canadian industry person said something about the US having better production machinery, but I can't imagine it would make much difference. Has that been observed by any reasonably impartial party for hormone and antibiotic-free milk?
