What do I do in my iPhone 12 mini's settings to restrict the the resolution of photos and screenshots I take to a max of 1080p? (alien.top)

I know how to record video at just 1080p, but I can't find anybody with answers for how to just take photos and screenshots in 1080p without any BS 3rd party apps or tools.
