I didn't say that. If you read the bullshit article it contradicts itself about 5 times before asserting they are equal partners.
Equal partners don't require aid packages because of repeated failed government experiments in socialism.

Sure, but in the specific case of Latin American socialism, every so-called experiment got couped by the good old U S of A. Hell, you can't even say that these socialist states were aligned with the USSR, because many of them weren't.

The Nordic model is the best one. But it's not socialism, they are social democracies.
Most of those "socialist experiments" in Latin America were also democracies, so it fits.
