Could you be more specific? Do you mean how do you switch from the default? Or do you not like the default options?

If you don’t like what’s there, you’re shit out of luck. Sell it and get a 3rd party brand that’s compatible.

You can rearrange some of the face widgets for some of the faces IIRC but that’s about it. If you wanted customization, apple was a questionable shot haha

Apple doesn't allow third party watch faces on the Apple Watch. There are some third party apps on the App Store that try to appear to the user as a watch faces, but they aren't watch faces, they are just normal apps, and generally they don't offer a good user experience.
