Asked if he would accept a settlement, Hall replied "I can't go for that, no can do"
I looked this up and listened to enough of it and it's terrible. I guess that it, among many many other 80s songs, are best paired with cocaine, but most people didn't have cocaine money. People just listened to crap after crap on the radio and were like "I guess this is my fault for not being zooted enough to vibe with it?"
I never liked that one but Out of Touch is a bop and a half
Its good, trust. I hated it the first 2-3 times I heard it too.
I thought this was about garfunkel and Oates and I thought maybe one had gotten pregnant and the other thought she was too smug
it's actually a class action lawsuit where the class is daryl hall and paul simon and they're suing garfunkel and oates over some bizarre interpretation of ownership rights but they ended up getting confused and dropping lindhome and micucci from the lawsuit in order to add john oates and avoid suing art garfunkel.
I read that at least one of them gets annoyed about the Hall and Oates thing, that its actually supposed to be the full Daryl Hall and John Oates, pretty funny.
