Casual fan here. Is there any glaring reason why we wouldn't consider keeping Flus as defensive coach and bring in a new HC and offensive HC? Heck maybe even keep Getsy. I feel like the play call isnt terrible ALL the time, just in important situations, where a strong, savvy, modern coach would make the best decision to win crucial situations.

Harbaugh would want his own guys for one, but also giving Eberflus another chance because he held the Brian Hoyer Raiders and the Panthers to less than 20 points would be utterly insane

Harbaugh wouldn’t keep Eberflus because flus’ defense isn’t good enough. Harbaugh had elite defenses in San Francisco with Fangio
