Batch 7, Netherlands. Got an email saying that my payment method didn't work two days ago. Fixed that just now (i.e. transferred the funds), and immediately received an email about them preparing my shipment.

Same here it took two weeks before payment and shipping.

In Canada and no payment taken yet, ordered Sep 20 but I modified my order the day after the preparation email so that probably moved me further back in the line.
