iOS 17.1.1. Am connected to the internet (WiFi and cellular) but can’t play videos older than about a month due to this error. Restarted the phone, didn’t help. Any ideas?

Turns out - I needed to accept iTunes updated terms and conditions 👎👎👎

Try playing those videos on another device just to confirm the issue is device specific
