Linking Apple Watch to My Chart (alien.top)

My healthcare providers use My Chart for scheduling, messaging, results, etc. At my last login they are pushing to link your Apple Watch to My Chart. I don’t really see info on what they will be able to access on there. Has anyone else done this? Thoughts on pros or cons to linking them?
