Previous channel on Youtube TV?

I did a quick google search and I find similar post saying tap down twice and previous channel appears in bottom of screen.

When I do this all I get is TV network channels but in no order I last watched them.

Any help is appreciated thank you.

Look under privacy settings and make sure your watch history is not paused

Makes no sense to remove the post it certainly does pertain to Apple Tv device and may help others in search for the same thing.
