I purchased my iPhone se 3rd gen 10 days ago but the other day I noticed 2 white dots on my screen (alien.top)

I’ve wanted a iphone for quite sometime now and I finally got one but noticed 2 white dots on my led screen but they are hardly visible and can only be seen when the screen is on a dark background. they are not visible when the screen is turned off can someone help me with this issue please?
