[Support] How do you set high heart rate notification threshold to 90 BPM? (alien.top)

I want to set the threshold to 90 BPM, but it lets me only set it to 100 BPM. Do I need to install some additional programs? iOS version:16.7.1 watchOS version: 9.6.3 (20U502)
