I pay for Amazon Prime through my Apple subscriptions, but can’t access Prime benefits on Amazon (alien.top)

So I have the Amazon Prime video app on my AppleTV and iPhone. If I go to my account details, it shows as being paid for through my subscriptions, along with Apple Music etc.

My Amazon account doesn’t recognise me as a Prime member when shopping etc. I use a gmail address for my Amazon account and a mac.com email address for my Apple ID.

How do I get the two linked?
