I mean this is too litle info. What IP exactly? one v6? one Legacy IP? also HDD storage? bruh..Whatabout SLAs? RAM CPU?

Datasecurity? Redundancy?

Even if its a friend I would avoid it.

Contabo.com has a really good VPS option which is in the same price range, but you get information about what you'll get. (8 Gb Memory, 200 Gb SSD, 4 vCores).

But if you only want to run a website, maybe just go with dedicated web hosting?

Whats the provider? Also, unless your friend is paying for it, why not check out something like Oracle Cloud's Always Free Tier?

X10hosting is free. No ads, fantástico webapp deployed included with Cpanel. For a project website I would never pay, if it’s commercial maybe

Expensive. And I avoid small providers, without any established compliance, where a bored admin could surf through my server root ;)

You can get bare minimum aws ec2 at about this price

What kind of website? If static, I will happily use github pages or gitlab pages.
