Ever since upgrading to the new iOS every time I listen to a podcast or music and use safari or apps my volume will randomly go down. I have no idea why! Help!

I’m having the same issue, I can’t figure out what setting is causing it to happen and there is no information about it. If you figure it out let me know it’s so annoying!
