Although there was no impact or liquid contact on my iPhone 14 Pro Max phone, the screen touchscreen was broken. I sent my phone to a repair center where it was replaced with an original second-hand screen. The light and proximity sensor were also replaced. The phone software was reset. However, since then, I have been experiencing the problem I mentioned in the title. When I receive a notification on my phone, I hear a sound, but the screen light does not light up. Also, the touch and hold feature does not work on the lock screen and notification center. This does not only work on the lock screen and notification center. When I make a call and hang up or change the region in the phone settings, I can use these features as long as the screen is not locked. But once the screen is locked and unlocked with Face ID, this feature is disabled. True Tone was transferred during the screen replacement. Both the proximity sensor and the ambient light sensor do their job very well. I sent it back to the repair center and although different screens and sensors were tried, no results were obtained. I am currently receiving a notification that the screen has been replaced. I know this notification is temporary. Could this notification be triggering the problems? I would appreciate if those who know can help.
