Data transfer from old to new iphone (alien.top)

I will be upgrading from iphone 12 to Iphone 15 pro max & thinking whether to transfer data or start over. If i transfer all my data from old phone (which has bad battery life & slow) to my new iphone. Is there a chance that this transfer might carry bugs and make my new phone become like my old phone? Thanks.
