Intent to injure?

Based on that call, any sort of pushing or shoving should be called.

No intent to injure in my opinion. However a slew foot is an automatic match penalty. And that might be close enough. Highly inconsistent to other calls though. Should have been a 2 minute tripping or interference call in my opinion.

Also I am fairly certain you can hear Marchand laughing in the background somewhere when the penalty is called.

Intent to injure is for sure a stretch, but no doubt about the slew foot. Is match penalty an appropriate penalty for this? I know it can be dangerous, but it seems a 5min major would be adequate.
