Holy fuck, those drops were painful to watch. Poor Mahomes. Game went by quick for me, but I thought SNF was a bit more fun this week.

In the end, our mediocre offensive play calling wasn't enough to out mediocre KC's wide receiver room. A fun game, but definitely frustrating to watch on both sides.

By now, I'm pretty sure Brian Johnson for the Eagles has a playbook with a dozen plays.

And the opposing coaches are simply befuddled that he calls the same play over and over and over and over....until it works. Because surely he won't do it again.

Congrats to whoever faces us in the playoffs on advancing to the AFC Divisional Round. This team is going nowhere with these WRs and an offense that gets more embarrassing week after week. Sad that we're wasting a year with arguably the best defense in the league with these offensive performances every week. Reid & Nagy aren't doing a good enough job with their gameplanning and playcalling, Mahomes is missing open receivers and ignoring them at times, and then the rare times that a WR both gets open and the QB does hit their hands they drop it. It's super frustrating after being spoiled with insane offensive production the last five years.

As long as Mahomes is breathing and healthy they're a SB contender, the WRs can't drop every pass.

I know the chiefs shot themselves in the foot a lot but the Eagles being 9-1 not playing their best football against an actual tough schedule is crazy. If this team puts it together (still an if imo) it’s gonna be scary.

Justin Watson, the leading receiver on the night dropping a heroic throw by Mahomes on 4th down for the game could not have summed up the night any better for the chiefs. Absolutely shocking that they thought this receiver group would just get better. This is on Veech

You ever think about how the Chiefs picked a running back that doesn’t get snaps for them anymore one spot before Tee Higgins? I think about that some times.

this game was incredible. 2 teams with top defenses, truly showing why they're the best teams in the league, making the other QB look not worth their money. hurts had 1 good drive in the first half, but looked abysmal throughout the rest of it.

KC receivers had some terrible drops, but they don't have to take deep shots or hope to convert a 4th and 25 if the eagles D doesn't clamp down on them in the 2nd half. neither QB reached 200 yards passing. KC got shut out in the second half. that doesn't happen if your defense is bad.

I can only hope that any further rematches are as good as this game was.
