I still think Justin is the dude. He has obvious weaknesses that are probably exacerbated by the current coaching staff, but the positives outweigh the negatives overall.

Based on what I've seen from people that are way more qualified than me to evaluate the situation, the coaching staff is to blame for a lot of the problems on offense. Getsy basically knows how to do one thing well, which is pushing the run-game, but overall scheme and playcalling is a disaster.

It really sucks for Fields and this offense to have to start over again, but I have zero faith in Getsy to evolve into some sort of offensive guru. At the very least, Getsy should be gone at the end of the season, and probably Flus as well if Poles has any chance of saving his job.

If there isn’t a QB they feel is going to be head and shoulders better than Justin, I draft MHJ and trade out of the second first round pick for ‘25. I think part of Justin’s issues are coaching. Not all of it, but he’s not getting the coaching he needs to be confident with his reads. It would be good to see another coaching staff with him and whether or not they can improve his processing time and anticipation.

Keep Poles, get Harbaugh, keep Fields. Flus is a fucking moron.

Fields can win, just need the night coach. Poles is bringing in the talent but the coach is blowing it.

First off, WHEN they fire everyone and start their coaching search. They should ask what is your preference at QB, Fields or a draftee? Don’t make the job contingent on keeping Fields but don’t make it contingent on not wanting Fields either.

At this point, as long as we fire Eberflus and team, I'm happy.

The next coach gets to make that decision. The way coaches around the league talk about him, I won’t be surprised if they exercise his 5th year option after the new coach comes in.

It will depend on how strongly JF finishes the season, but yes.

From what I’ve seen the coaches are the biggest liability.

The dream scenario is that JF plays great to finish the year and they use the draft to STACK the roster with MHJ and then go best available.

  • Moore, Kmet, MHJ would be an amazing tandem.

  • the RB room is strong

  • Jenkins and Wright are very strong players. Davis has been solid. Could add another OL to really beef up the line, especially with Whitehair likely leaving.

  • secondary is solid if JJ resigns. Gordon has played well in slot. Stephenson seems to be progressing.

  • linebackers are strong

  • Sweat is a difference maker but could use another pass rusher as the pass rush is still the biggest weakness of the team imo. Rush defense has been strong.

Bottom line, this team can compete for a playoff spot right away with a stronger coaching staff. If JF is the guy, this will be a fun offseason to stack the roster.

I want to keep Fields. Put him on a two year prove it deal or something. But this ENTIRE staff needs to go and Kevin Warren needs to select the new GM with no input from the owners.

Keep Fields, draft blue chip players around him, go for a round 1 QB in later years when we have a more solidified team (like a Lamar Jackson with a late first). Poles has had good picks and has gotten this franchise a ridiculous amount of draft capital.

Fire this dog shit coaching staff as soon as the season ends.

The Poles hate is insane and coming from a bunch of unhinged lunatics.
