My partner is having an issue with a few apps on his iPhone 14 where they do not allow him to login and just produce an error, as if the network had gone down during loading (This issue happens regardless of what network he's on so we don't believe this to be the issue).
He doesn't have any content blockers installed or anything like that so that can't be the issue.
We thought it could be to do with the fact we have FamilySharing but there don't seem to be any settings for app login.
We know the usernames and passwords are correct as he can login in any browser without issue. We also know the apps themselves aren't the issue as I can login with his details on my iPhone without problems.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
