I'm really torn about which model to buy. I'm going to start mobile app development and they are almost the same price. I am especially curious about the comments of mobile developers.

M2 Pro with 12 CPU core & 19 gpu

- 16 gb ram

- 1 tb ssd

or

M3 Pro with 11cpu core & 14 gpu

- 18 gb ram

- 512 gb sdd

Which one would you buy if you were me?

I’d do the M2, more GPU cores and storage. I’m a web dev professionally, but do game dev as a hobby and you probably won’t even notice any difference just between the CPUs, cause it only really gets stressed during compiling/deploying, and even the M1 handles that with no issues. Double the storage though, that’s a practical concern you’ll notice.
