I noticed that in a totally dark room, with long exposure, blue dots appear, it's not lens flare!! it's normal?

if I expose for 30 seconds it makes a red halo

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max

I'm switching from a s10+, the s10 camera seems better than the iphone....
