I haven’t turned on hotpsot except one time for a friend and he used around 200 MB. After that how come this? It’s increasing day by day. Is it counting my WiFi usage also? No right?

Check, if one of your other devices might be using your hotspot too.

If you go on the hotspot register you should be able to see further details

i have the same problem , what is other devices ? Only 1 friend connected to mine how is this happening

I was using iphone 6s recently shifted to xs and iphone 6s battery health came to 77%
