Can one-time payment phones from AT&T or Verizon be used in unlocked state? Activate today's models. Because though black friday and about two months from launch, there are no offers over vanilla iPhones especially the 15PM. Please provide insights, as the stock was not available anyway so was checking if the prices can get any better...
